On Friday, September 16th, over 500 guests gathered at Chapel Beach Club for the Visiting Nurse Association Health Group’s Beach Ball. The Visiting Nurse Association Health Group honored VNA Health Group Foundation Chairman Mindy Minerva and VNA Health Group Trustee and Former Chairman Jim Vaccaro for their longtime commitment and dedication to the organization over the years.
The fun and casual evening featured fun fare from a few of the Shore’s most eclectic food trucks, a silent and live auction and music by The Groove Shop. The evening’s proceeds will benefit patients in need who rely on VNA Health Group’s broad array of community-based health programs, providing vital preventive and primary health care as well as supportive services.
The VNA Health Group also announced the public launch of its 2020 Vision Campaign. The campaign has raised more than $4.5 Million to date and aims to raise funds in support of three new programmatic institutes focused on innovation and enhancements to home and community-based health care for people at every stage of life.
