Jeanne-Marie and Sean were married this past Saturday at St. James Church in Red Bank. The forecast called for 100% precipitation and despite the torrential rains they embraced the day with lots of joy, smiles and dancing at the Monmouth Beach Bath & Tennis Club-thanks to the Pat Roddy Band. Samantha and Troy were married a few days ago on a rainy Saturday at the historic First Presbyterian Church in Rumson. “Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata” is an old Italian saying which translates to “wet bride, lucky bride” and, with the amount of rain that fell on their wedding day, they will surely have an abundance of good luck! With their family and friends, they embraced the day with lots of joy, smiles and dancing-thanks to The Groove Shop. I was so honored to capture their wedding day with Alix Passage. I had so much fun with Meghan and Craig during their engagement session in New York City in May. I’ve known Meghan since she was a young girl and couldn’t be happier to be photographing her wedding this weekend at Elberon Memorial Church and Beacon Hill Country Club.
