I had such a wonderful time documenting Anne and Adam‘s engagement session at Deep Cut Gardens in July. I’m so thrilled to be part of their wedding day in a few weeks at St. James Roman Catholic Church and Rumson Country Club.

High school sweethearts Maryclaire and Devin were married on an absolutely gorgeous September summer day at Holy Cross Church in Rumson. Surrounded by all the people they cherish most in the world they celebrated at Monmouth Beach Bath & Tennis Club with lots of laughter, love and and dancing! I’m so thankful to have had Brandi Grooms Johnson as my second photographer!

One of the things I just love about being a wedding photographer is staying in the lives of my brides and grooms! I had the joy of photographing Dakota and Donnie and their beautiful blue-eyed baby boy Cash at their home on the farm where their wedding reception was held four years ago. I truly treasured capturing these special moments of this wonderful young family.
Mr. C, also known as, Frank, Dad and Papa, celebrated his 80th birthday surrounded by his beautiful wife of 53 years, his eight children and their spouses, and his 33 grandchildren! The incredibly delicious brunch was held at David Burke’s Fromagerie in Rumson and was lovingly organized and hosted by his oldest son Frank and his wife Laurie.
I ran over to the restaurant before everyone arrived to grab a few detail shots of the flowers, provided by Alan’s Rumson Florist, personalized menus, and the paper and ribbon napkin rings made by his daughter-in-law Laurie. Everything was so pretty! By the time brunch was over the temperature outside reached 97°, so I had to move very quickly to make sure no one melted in the extreme heat and humidity. Luckily there was a little cloud cover and breeze! It was a very special day and I was so happy to meet such a gentle man and capture such wonderful images of his family.
